Family Participation

We believe that family involvement and support plays a significant role in the recovery of your loved ones in our care. We value your input and encourage participation in care and frequent visits. As an integral part of treatment, recovery and comfort, we allow you to visit your loved ones 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Commitment to Safety

Regional Hospital is committed to operating ethically and legally in all aspects of our business. As part of this commitment, The Hospital has a Compliance Hotline available to all staff, patients and the public to report known or suspected abuses. The Compliance Hotline is answered by an operator who is not a Hospital employee. The Hotline operator will take the concern/report, pass it on to the Hospital to be investigated, maintain confidentiality and report back to the caller. The Compliance Hotline is (800) 826-6762.
