How to Refer


When considering the appropriateness of a particular patient for Regional Hospital, please call our admissions team at the earliest possible time. Within one hour of referral, Regional Hospital will provide a preliminary assessment and coordinate a comprehensive evaluation.

Referrals are processed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. In special circumstances, referrals can be handled 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We work with all payers to provide initial financial authorization and ongoing utilization review.
