• Within one hour of referral, The Regional Hospital provides a preliminary assessment and coordinates a comprehensive evaluation.
• Referrals are processed Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. In special circumstances, referrals can be handled 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• We work with payors to provide initial financial authorization and ongoing utilization review.
