When you join our team you join our family. We depend upon interaction and communication between team members, patients and family members to make our program work to the fullest. The staff includes a full range of medical and surgical specialists at the heart of patient care using state of the art technology to restore the quality of life of our patients.

Each week, our team meets to plan care, monitor progress and establish and modify short and long-term goals for each patient. In this open forum we focus the extensive experience and expertise of our clinical staff on each patient. This interaction enables each of our experts to maximize his or her effectiveness with individual patients based upon information received from other team members.

Daily rounds are performed with the physician and key clinical members to address changing medical needs and needed modifications to the plan of care. Family conferences are held within the first two weeks of a patients stay and as needed after to keep the family involved in the care.
